Description

Die Nationalpark Radrundroute verläuft über gut 80 km um den Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald. 

Sie fahren durch eine waldreiche, naturbelassene Mittelgebirgslandschaft mit einigen seltenen Tieren und Pflanzen. Sehr sehenswert ist die Wildenburg mit Tierpark. Der höchste Berg von Rheinland-Pfalz, der Erbeskopf, liegt an der Strecke. Es müssen zahlreiche kleinere Steigungen überwunden werden, so dass die Tour am besten für bereits geübte Radler geeignet ist.

  • Der Weg verbindet die insgesamt 10 kleineren Touren des Nationalparks. 
  • Die Strecke verläuft größtenteils über asphaltierte Wege, teils über Naturwege. Mit dem Rennrad sollte der Weg nicht befahren werden.
