We would like to invite you to a visiting tour on our estate during which you can taste our wines and fruit spirits. Enjoy a glass of wine in a hearty and familiar atmosphere in our tavern or one of our tasty, regional meals which are freshly prepared in our restaurant. Our estate is situated in the historic centre of Ediger-Eller, one of the most beautiful villages of the Moselle area.

Our family business offers you a variety of products reaching from wine and fruit spirits to liqueurs, which we sell in bottles in our on-site shop. If requested, we also deliver them directly to our customers.

In our tavern and restaurant we offer you white and red wines from our own production as well as hearty home-made meals.

Our comfortable four-star flats provide ideal conditions for truly relaxing holidays in the Moselle area. If you are interested, you may witness our daily work on site, try our products or even help us in the vineyard or the winery!

Haus Delicia

• Our smaller Moselle holiday flats (Alt Ediger and Osterlämmchen) are sized approximately 50 sqm and include a bedroom and a living-room with a small kitchen and a sofa bed (width 1.5 m) with an interior sprung mattress.


• Our large Moselle holiday flat (Penthouse, approx. 80 sqm) comprises two separate bedrooms as well as two separate bathrooms. Kitchen and living-room are also situated in two separate rooms.

Winzerhaus

• The Moselle holiday flat Elzhofberg includes two double bedrooms, with a bathroom each, and a living-room with kitchenette.


• The Moselle holiday flat Bruder Heinrich comprises two double bedrooms with a bathroom as well as a living-room with kitchenette.

Haus Salus

• Our Moselle holiday flat Hasensprung comprises a large bedroom with two beds and a separate reading-room with a sofa bed which can also be used as a bedroom for children. The spacious living-room has a kitchenette and a nice balcony. The large bathroom features a shower which is suitable for persons with disabilities.


• Our four-star, one-bedroom flat Riesling includes a small kitchen, satellite TV and a balcony. If requested, we serve breakfast to our guests in the winery.


• Our Moselle holiday flat Panorama is sized about 48 sqm and comprises a bedroom with canopy bed and a living-room with kitchenette and satellite TV. From its large roofed balcony you have a wonderful view on the village, the vineyards and the Moselle valley. The large bright bathroom with a jacuzzi gives you the opportunity to relax.

Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, the Hotel Blesius Garten offers you comfort in a nature setting, yet close to Trier’s center.

Tonkas Restaurant

Tonka’s is Trier’s first microbrewery restaurant. It unites exquisite cuisine with the art of skilled brewing. We recommend just the right beer to go with your order, a beer to emphasize the array of aromas in the food and to round off your dining pleasure. Fresh regional organic produce and commodities go into our creations, and we offer a range of renowned and distinguished craft beers.

Country House room
Are you planning a dream wedding, a birthday party, First Communion, annual meeting, or company anniversary? Taproom, beer garden
Here you can enjoy a freshly tapped, unfiltered Kraft-Bräu beer along with hearty specialties from our brewery kitchen. Whether in jeans or suits, everyone gathers here in the unhurried atmosphere to end the day in perfect relaxation.
With its old stand of trees, Trier’s largest beer garden has become the place to meet for young and old on hot summer evenings. A cool, unfiltered Kraft-Bräu beer from our own microbrewery awaits you and invites you to enjoy our specialties from the grill.

Kraft Bräu Brewery
Trier’s first microbrewery opened at Blesius Garten in 1998. Our “Kraft-Bräu” beer, brewed in the traditional fashion as an unfiltered beer, lives up to its name – give it a taste!

You can also book a brewery tour with us for a group, for example, as a segment of a company excursion, festivities, or a tour included in the Kraft Bräu package offer. It will be a great event for an unforgettable day.
