A hearty welcome to our family hotel in Kamp-Bornhofen.
The Anker Hotel has been in the same family for 19 generations.
This is a traditionally run hotel, where you can still feel the charm which has permeated through the generations.
As our forefathers before us, we take pride in welcoming you, our guests, to the homely and friendly atmosphere.
Our family-run hotel is situated in one of the most spectacular regions of the Rhein.
The upper middle Rhein valley became a Unesco world heritage site in 2002. Fauna and flora, castles, as well as the famous, romantic Loreley, define this region.
Enjoy our Michelin recommended restaurant with Master-chef Torben, where one can admire views of the Rhein.River views can also be enjoyed from the comfort of your own room or from our terrace.

The hotel is renowned for its kitchen where the Master-chef and owner, Torben Eriksen, delights his customers .
Torben, after gaining several championships in cooking in Germany, trained in Michelin star restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and overseas.

We welcome you into the restaurant to have some culinary delights, which are cooked creatively and priority is given to the fresh ingredients, which are lovingly prepared into simple, traditional, local dishes or international cuisine.
