Spend your holiday or short break in our 11pt, pleasant hotel, guesthouse or apartments or amidst the greenery in our 70m² chalet with a view of the Rhine. Our main house is located across from Sickingen House (built in 1420) and the Old Town Hall in the heart of the old quarter.

Our main house includes a charmingly restored, historical holiday home separated from the rest of the house by a 11pt, romantic little courtyard which is ideal if you want to just relax or enjoy the sunshine. A famous cabinet maker and carver once lived here and some say his ghost still haunts the place!

The chalet with a view of the Rhine is located over the town of Bacharach. Here you can enjoy magnificent fireworks and a breathtaking view of the Rhine valley. Prices range from EUR 100 to EUR 140 per night for two to four people.

You can treat yourself by relaxing in the unhurried ambience of our 11pt fine café run by our son Jürgen and his family, where you can choose from our range of 11pt regional specialities, a splendid cake buffet, hot and cold drinks as well as our large selection of ice-creams – in other words: everything that your heart might desire. The relaxed atmosphere and conveniences of our family hotel, not to mention its inviting ambience, mean you can have the perfect holiday and return home feeling thoroughly refreshed. You can get information on the various leisure time activities available in the area, including spas, swimming pools, wine-tasting, town tours, excursions etc. at our reception desk.

You, our treasured guest, will enjoy all the conveniences people expect nowadays. We offer modern comfort combined with a homely atmosphere. All rooms have been renovated and include a shower and WC and, in some cases, a balcony, radio, safe, mini-bar, kitchenette and fridge.

You’ll sleep like an angel in our comfortable beds and wake up happy and rejuvenated for your holidays. We place a lot of importance on friendliness and here the guest’s needs come first. After all, where would Bacharach be without its visitors?

Your obliging hosts will spoil you with a varied and generous breakfast every day during your stay. All our rooms are non-smoking but guests can smoke in the patio areas. We have bike ports where you can store your bike as well as garages for your car. Pets may be allowed upon request.

Our holiday apartments
For those with high standards, we have two holiday apartments with separate sleeping and living quarters which should meet your every need. You’ll feel at home here and will enjoy a relaxing holiday in the romantic Loreley valley.

Holiday apartment Annelie ... on the first floor
...is 50m² in size and comprises two rooms which can sleep 2-4 people. The accommodation includes a bedroom as well as a living room with a sofa bed, seating and dining areas and kitchen unit. Appliances include a 4-plate cooker, oven, microwave, television, coffee maker and kettle. The apartment is centrally heated, has parquet flooring and is furnished in a rustic style. It also has a balcony.

Holiday apartment Hans ... a full-floor apartment on the second floor
... has two separate rooms: 1 bedroom and one living room with a kitchenette. The apartment is fully equipped with a sofa bed, corner sofa, dining area, bath, shower, WC, coffee maker and kettle. The apartment simply exudes peace and comfort and is furnished in a cosy yet modern style. It has central heating and laminate flooring. At 50m², it occupies the entire floor.

The apartments are centrally located within Bacharach, with everything you might need including great restaurants, vintners and quaint wine bars as well as doctors and pharmacists all within easy reach. The town’s train station and Rhine promenade are also just a few minutes away. We will gladly organise a wine tasting session or a visit to the cellars of our local vintners for you if you like. Bicycles can be hired locally too.
