Welcome to vineyard Hubertushof !
We live in one of the most beautiful and most famous river landscapes.
Here on the banks of the Mosel, near Cochem, at the foot of the Calmont, which is the steepest vineyard in Europe, we cultivate our wines.
In a wine cultural area affected by a steep slope viticulture, we produce Riesling and Chardonnay.
We, Oskar and Heidi Servaty, inherited the “Hubertushof” in 1986 from Oskars parents.
Viticulture is a tradition for us. Our family tree can be traced back to 1624.
Our motto: „Life is too short to drink bad wine”.
Our philosophy: “We combine tradition with the latest methods of the cellar economy – the results are excellent wines.“.

Holidays in an old winegrower house
When was your last beautiful holiday ?
Spend your next holiday in a Mosel vineyard. Take your holiday in the midst of an impressive landscape with a nearly Mediterranean climate, where some of the best wines in the world are grown.
In our old winegrower house you will feel comfortable and relaxed.
The House was built in 1924 and offers 190 m ² on two floors, a sufficient place for families or groups of 7 people.
A large dining room and a living room with TV, VCR and stereo offer plenty of room for the whole family.
There are threedouble bedrooms with a size of about 15 m² each tastefully decorated. In addition, there is another room with a sleeping couch for 2 more people.
The house has a large bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet.
In our newly renovated 20 m² kitchen you can comfortably prepare food for several people.
The kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, water heater, coffee maker, table linen, washing machine and dryer.
In the wonderful river landscape there is so much to see and to discover. Take time and get to know us, our wines and the beautiful landscape.
Explore the environment by bicycle, or by walking, perhaps you would like to travel on a tractor drawn covered wagon, take a boat trip, or admire the landscape from the river by canoe. You have the opportunity to improve your golf handicap, or learn this kind of sport on the nearby golf course.
In the evening you can enjoy yourself in our romantic inner court or on our terrace with a glass of fine wine or have a barbecue.
