Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Landgasthaus
Sie beginnen den Tag mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet und haben Ruhe und Zeit Ihren Tagesablauf zu planen. Erkunden und erleben Sie unsere Heimat! Machen Sie Urlaub bis in die späten Abendstunden.
Unseren Gästen stehen insgesamt 14 Gästezimmer sowie eine Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer haben Dusche/WC, Farb-TV und teilweise Balkon. Von den meisten Zimmern hat man einen tollen Panoramablick über das herrliche, waldreiche Prümtal.
Im Restaurant haben wir Platz für Gesellschaften bis 200 Personen. Genießen Sie eine herzhafte Küche, die Sie mit einheimischen Gerichten ebenso verwöhnt wie mit internationalen Spezialitäten. Die rustikale Bierstube lädt ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Wir sind ein kinderfreundliches Haus.
Eine Fahrt mit dem Planwagen ist für unsere Hausgäste immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir haben einen großen Parkplatz und ausreichend Garagenplätze, auch für Zweiradfahrer.
Historische Städte in unserer Umgebung und viele kulturhistorische Sehenswürdigkeiten sind - bis zurück zu den ersten römischen Siedlungen- Zeitzeugen auf deren Spuren Sie Geschichte erleben können. Sehenswerte Ausflugsziele in unserer Heimat! Herrliche Eifellandschaften mit Mischwäldern und sauberen Flüssen, die Römerstadt Trier an der Mosel, Eifelmaare, romantische Moselstädte, Bizarre Felslandschaften, Tier - und Erlebnisparks, Stadt und Land Luxemburg, Vianden und Echternach.

The Eifel is a low volcanic mountain range in western Germany. It occupies parts of southwestern North Rhine-Westphalia and northwestern Rhineland-Palatinate.
The Eifel is bordered by the Moselle River in the south and the Rhine in the east. In the north it is continued by the hills of the High Venn (Hohes Venn), in the west by the Ardennes. (Ardennes and Eifel are actually the same geological region. They are a single volcanic field.)
In the Tertiary geological era, the Eifel was a site of extensive volcanic activity. Some of the hills are volcanic vents. The lakes of the regions are former volcanic craters (maars). The last eruptions took place around 10 000 years ago. The volcanism of the Eifel is caused by a hotspot, a place where hot material form deep in the mantle rises to the surface. Research has shown that the mantle plume is still active; the Eifel region is rising by 1-2 mm per year. Historically, the Eifel volcanoes had inactive phases of 10 000 to 20 000 years between active phases, suggesting there is a possibility of future eruptions.
